  5. Refund Policy: TheOnlineSchool.uk’s refund policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be granted. If you are on the Annual Contract with an Upfront payment of 2 months or more and you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must provide the School with one full half term’s written notice (Spring or Autumn term). If you are on the Annual Contract that requires No Upfront payment or 1 month Upfront Payment and you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must provide the School with 2 full half term’s written notice (Spring or Autumn term).  Failure to provide such notice may result in a charge equivalent to 2 half term’s fees. If you wish to finish before the end of the Summer term, you must provide the School with half a term’s written notice. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the refund policy. If you have logged into our platform then the fees for our service will not be refundable relative to the contract that you have purchased. In extreme circumstances we can reserve the right to a refund after deducting any administrative fees which normally equate to £150 per student.

If your access is terminated due to a violation of the Bullying Policy then you will be liable to pay the rest of the year’s fees.
