- We are accepting and welcoming of everyone who wishes to enjoy home educating with us
- However we will never tolerate bullying
- We believe it is our students fundamental right to ensure no one bullies or threatens them
- So if a child is found bullying someone, they could be kicked out instantly without a refund!

2 Thumbs Downs And Your Out
- Students receive a rating out of a gold star, thumbs up or thumbs down after each lesson
- Thumbs down are only given in the instance of poor behaviour i.e foul language or bullying
- If you receive 2 Thumbs Downs then you will forfeit your place at TheOnlineSchool.UK and will not be eligible for a refund and still liable to see out your current contract

How We Make Sure The Classroom Is Safe
- We believe when a child is happy and anxiety-free their focus is better so we will work hard to ensure no one violates the sanctity of our students
- We believe in giving everyone a chance, so as long as the incident isn't severe i.e. a mild joke said with no malicious intent will warrant a warning, repeating the behaviour will result in a thumbs down and being removed from the lesson for that day
- We also have AI working in our classrooms to ensure students can't send inappropriate messages in the chat as well as a teaching assistant to overlook anything the AI may miss
- Also only the teacher will be able to see your webcam (if you decide to use it), unless you would like other students to see in which case the teacher can make that happen 🙂
