Children Are At The Heart of What We Do
- We have constantly improved our service based on regular feedback from students and will continue to do so
- Students rate each lesson in their dashboard based on the teacher's internet connection, performance & classroom environment
- We aim to maintain a 4.8/5 average across all of the above metrics
- Our assemblies are an opportunity for our students to also share their most sincere opinions about what needs to change at the school
- We then take their feedback and report back to them each week with progress
Our Goal Is To Underwhelm Our Students
- We take away pressure from our students rather than pile it on
- This is why we only have a few hours of lessons per day... less is more!
- We take our time when teaching and focus on core concepts so our students can feel confident about what they learn
- Regular homework will be given but it will only take 10-15 minutes to complete and it won't be boring!
We Live By Three Rules
- Rule 1: Always be nice to everyone, there is no excuse for being mean or trying to bully someone. We simply won't tolerate it
- Rule 2: Try your best to stop using the words "I don't know". Don't worry no one will judge you here, but let's work to overcome that fear of failure 🙂
- Rule 3: We encourage you to be your truest self. You can be totally free here and no one will tell you off for it, just try to not break Rule 1!
We Are Proactive
- We regularly assess our students to help reduce exam anxiety but to also ensure they understand the content
- We won't wait for months to pass before we tell you if your child is struggling.. that doesn't help anyone!
- We will let you know the moment we feel there is a reason for concern, so we can work together to address it 🙂
- We help you deal with your LA (our reporting is very thorough), finding the best test centres for your child and guiding you on when the right time is to make that booking
We Can Accommodate All Children Regardless of Their Level
- We teach in key stages so don't worry if your child has missed out on education, they'll be revisiting concepts from previous years as well as touching on new topics to ensure they are also learning new content
- You can choose to add on extra subjects to the Base Package without having to commit to the Full Package
- We initially assess students over a period of weeks when they first join to establish their level
- We can also provide private 1:1 assessments for students before they officially start learning with us
We Have The MOST Engaging Lessons
- We genuinely care about our students and work hard to get them all to interact wherever possible
- We conduct regular polls to ensure everyone gets a voice
- Our classrooms are super fun, think of our lessons like Super Educator meets Auctioneer meets Twitch Streamer
- We even encourage students to use Google in lessons in case they don't know the answer
