We aim to constantly improve our lessons based on regular feedback from students
Students rate each lesson in their dashboard based on the teacher's explanations, energy level and overall enjoyment while learning
Students can also rate if the lesson level was adequate and leave a comment
We aim to maintain a 4.8/5 average across all of the above metrics
Our assemblies are an opportunity for our students to also share their most sincere opinions about what needs to change at the school
We then take their feedback and report back to them each week with a plan in place on how we are going to improve the school

We take away pressure from our students rather than pile it on
Our timetables are designed so that students can have some breaks between lessons and learning happens only between Monday - Thursday
We follow the guidelines of the national curriculum to develop our lessons but we focus on offering students the possibility of doing the learning at their optimal pace
Regular homework is available and although it is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as it only takes around 15 minutes to complete!

Rule 1: Always be nice to everyone, there is no excuse for being mean or trying to bully someone. We simply won't tolerate it
Rule 2: Try your best to stop using the words "I don't know". Don't worry no one will judge you here, but let's work to overcome that fear of failure 🙂
Rule 3: We encourage you to be your truest self. You can be totally free here and no one will tell you off for it, just try to not break Rule 1!

We regularly assess our students to help reduce exam anxiety but to also ensure they understand the content
We track student progress by looking at work submitted in lessons, completed homework tasks and end-of-term assignments
We will let you know the moment we feel there is a reason for concern, so we can work together to address it 🙂
We help you deal with your LA (our reporting is very thorough), finding the best test centres for your child and guiding you on when the right time is to make that booking

We offer several sets in each year group to cater to students with different levels of missed previous learning (core subjects only)
You can completely customise your plan and add as many or as little lessons as your child needs
We can adjust your child's lesson levels depending on their needs and we can put in place measures to support them in class
We also provide private 1:1 tutoring if that is what is best for your child's learning style

We genuinely care about our students and work hard to get them all to interact wherever possible
We conduct regular polls to ensure everyone gets a voice
Our classrooms aim are to make lessons fun and engaging using interactive tools such as videos, quizzes and much more
We even encourage students to use Google in lessons to research topics and share their findings with the class
